On January 22nd from 6:00 to 9:00 PM in Milan’s Lambrate art district, Lambrate Art Night bulletin Nr.43 opens the calendar year by inviting art lovers to come together and share an evening of art, gallery openings, an exchange of ideas and strengthening the community. As the first Lambrate art night of the new year this event serves to activate the contemporary art calendar. With this events participation activating across multiple galleries and art studios throughout the Lambrate neighbourhood.

As a recurring cultural format, Lambrate Art Night brings together artists, curators, collectors, and the wider public through a shared, walkable network of exhibitions and open studios. Bulletin Nr.43 reinforces this collective spirit, positioning Lambrate once again as one of Milan’s most dynamic hubs for contemporary artistic research. This evening also marks the first public engagement of the year for Matteo Mauro, who welcomes visitors into his studio to present a group exhibition, Gruppo Cosmo, curated by Pietro Monopoli. This presentation led by Mauro includes, Alessandro D’Aquila, Davide Baroggi, Francesco De Molfetta (DEMO), Daniel Pontoriero (DAPO), and WARO,  encompassed by various artists who blur the line between different hypersurrealism or cyberealism styles. This offers Mauro an opportune chance to display his newest Raw on Canvas and Bronze on Canvas artworks that have pioneered the movement.

Through these artwork series Mauro continues to explore gesture as a foundational element of mark making, translating traditional artistic techniques through a contemporary lens informed by computational thinking. The expansion of these series further consolidates a narrative that bridges materiality, process, and abstraction, setting the tone for the artistic trajectory ahead.

Participation in Bulletin Nr.43 extends across multiple galleries and studios throughout the Lambrate neighbourhood, including Matteo Mauro Studio, Francesca Minini, Prometeo Gallery, Galleria Doris Ghetta, ArtNoble Gallery, and Candy Snake Gallery.
