On September 16th 2026, Lambrate Art Night returns to Milan for Bulletin No. 47, bringing together galleries, artists and independent studios across the Lambrate district for an evening of new exhibitions and encounters with contemporary art. From 18:00 to 21:00, visitors will be able to move between a concentrated group of openings in and around Via Massimiano and Via degli Orombelli, continuing the neighbourhood’s established tradition of presenting art within both gallery spaces and active studios.
At Matteo Mauro Studio, Via Massimiano 27, the evening will include the solo exhibition by WARO, Excursus. Hosted by Matteo Mauro, the presentation introduces WARO’s newest artwork within the wider context of the district wide programme, placing the artist’s visual research alongside a series of simultaneous solo exhibitions taking place throughout Lambrate.
The main cluster of Bulletin No. 47 will unfold around Via Massimiano 25 and 27. Boccanera Gallery will present a solo exhibition by Davide Quartucci, while Francesca Minini will open a solo exhibition by James Batone. Prometeo Gallery will also participate in the evening with a bi personal exhibition by Edoardo Lumi and sandro Chia. Together with WARO’s exhibition at Matteo Mauro Studio, these openings turn Via Massimiano into one of the central points of the September edition. The programme extends nearby to Via degli Orombelli 15, where Candy Snake Gallery will present a solo exhibition by Marco Mastropieri, expanding the evening’s route through the surrounding streets of Lambrate.
More than a sequence of individual openings, Lambrate Art Night offers an opportunity to experience the district as a connected cultural environment. Galleries and studios remain open simultaneously, encouraging visitors to move freely from one exhibition to another and encounter different generations, practices and approaches to contemporary art within a compact urban area.
Bulletin No. 47 continues this collective format, reinforcing Lambrate’s position as one of Milan’s most distinctive contemporary art districts and creating a shared evening between artists, galleries, collectors, professionals and the wider public.
